ANALISIS TUGAS POKOK DAN FUNGSI DEWAN PENGAWAS SYARI’AH (DPS) DI BPRS DANA MULIA SURAKARTA (BERDASARKAN PERATURAN BANK INDONESIA NOMOR 11/23/PBI/2009 TENTANG BANK PEMBIAYAAN RAKYAT SYARI’AH)

Nur A'idah Nim 142111067, "Analysis of Principal Tasks and Functions of the Shari'ah Supervisory Board (DPS) at BPRS Dana Mulia Surakarta (Based On Bank Indonesia Regulation No.11/23/PBI/2009 Regarding Bank Financing of the People of Shari’ah)". This study aims to find out how the main tasks and functions of the Shariah Supervisory Board in BPRS Dana Mulia Surakarta were analyzed by Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 11/23 / PBI / 2009. This research is a field research, that is research whose object of research is events in the field. The location of the research was BPRS Dana Mulia Surakarta syari'ah financial institution. Sources of data in this study consist of primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained from data collection was done by interview, while secondary data included library data, websites, journals, internet and official web related to the supervision of the Shariah Supervisory Board. The results of the study found that the main duties and functions of the Shariah Supervisory Board in BPRS Dana Mulia Surakarta were considered in accordance with Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 11/23 / PBI / 2009. And if there is a problem in the SRB the Shariah Supervisory Board immediately resolves the problem in accordance with the existing rules. DPS supervision is considered appropriate because DPS here comes to BPRS Dana Mulia Surakarta every once a week, in this case DPS not only monitors related products, but DPS also conducts supervision and guidance to all staff and employees at BPRS Dana Mulia Surakarta.
