The invention discloses an automatic wiring detection device and an automatic wiring detection method for three-phase simulation electric energy meters. The device comprises simulation electric energy meters, a wiring detection unit and an upper computer, wherein the simulation electric energy meters simulate three-phase voltage/three-phase current and the switch-in/lead-out of a neutral point, respond to a detection signal of the wiring detection unit, and scan level information at each port to acquire a wiring result and send the wiring result to the wiring detection unit; the wiring detection unit simulates the three-phase voltage/three-phase current, the lead-out of the neutral point and a three-phase countercurrent switch-in end, responds to a detection instruction of the upper computer, detects the wiring sequence by setting the output of the corresponding port at low level, and sends the wiring results returned by the simulation electric energy meters to the upper computer; and the upper computer sends the detection instruction to the wiring detection unit, analyzes the wiring results, and provides wiring error information for users. The automatic wiring detection device detects whether the wiring of the voltage and current of each three-phase simulation electric energy meter connected to a meter hanging platform is correct or not automatically by utilizing a weak current signal and combining the wireless communication technology.
