Reasons for deprivation of business competence in Yugoslav current legislation

The paper presents the reasons for deprivation of the business competence in Yugoslav Current Law. The reasons for both complete and partial deprivation of the business competence of adults are especially emphasized. The solutions existing in the Current Law of other countries for determining the reasons for deprivation of business competence are also mentioned. The first part of the paper deals with the reasons of being stated as the most typical in the Law of Serbia and Montenegro although there are some other reasons that can cause an adult person being incapable for normal thinking. This very person is unable to take care about himself/herself, his/hers rights and interests, thereof being completely deprived of the business competence. This part of paper shows the following reasons for deprivation of the business competence mental illness, mental retardation, alcoholism, drug adduction and senility. The second part of the paper deals with the most typical reasons of being represented in the Laws of Serbia and Montenegro that can bring an adult person into a state when he/she jeopardize his/hers or someone else's rights and interests and thereof partially be deprived of the business competence. This part of the paper shows the following reasons for deprivation of the business competence mental illness, mental retardation, and alcoholism, drug adduction, senility and prodigy.
