PURPOSE: An implant with a porous coating layer is provided to increase adhesive force of particles between an implant and a coating layer. CONSTITUTION: An implant with a porous coating layer is constituted as follows. A porous coating layer(b) is formed on the metal surface of an implant by using a metal shaping technique. In the porous coating layer, the coating thickness is 200-1000 micrometers, the size of pore is 150-800 micrometers, and the porosity is 40-70 volume %.
