Behavioral risk factors \[BRFs\] (tobacco, alcohol or substance abuse) are associated with atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD). However, their association with premature and extremely premature ASCVD has not been well studied. The VITAL registry including patients with premature (males <
