Phonon processes in mixed crystals of CdSx CdSe1-x☆

Abstract The phonons involved in combination processes of the emission spectrum are compared with the vibrational modes of the mix-crystals lattice observed by infrared spectroscopy. Experimental evidence shows that those lattice modes are not directly involved in emission processes of mixtures.
