Slantingly pulling two-way gantry hoist for dam body gate

2011
The utility model discloses a slantingly pulling two-way gantry hoist for a dam body gate, and comprises a cart operation mechanism, a door frame and a main trolley and a lifting mechanism which are all arranged at the top of the door frame. The cart operation mechanism is formed by a rail trolley, a balance beam arranged on the rail trolley and a support seat arranged on the balance beam. The rail trolley is connected with the balance beam through a slewing bearing. The lifting mechanism is two sets of winches which are symmetrically arranged on the main trolley, the longitudinal central line of a fixed pulley beam and the longitudinal central line of a fixed pulley of each set of winch are eccentrically arranged. A pull rod piercing and disengaging system is arranged on the door frame. The slantingly pulling two-way gantry hoist for the dam body gate has the advantages that a trolley frame can rotate relative to the balance beam, and cart wheels can adapt to an arc-shaped rail at all time so as to avoid deviation of the cart wheels. Two coiling blocks are connected through a coupler, and synchronous closed-loop electric of the two sets of winch vectors is realized without being limited by capacity of the lifting mechanism and quantity of steel wire ropes. The pull rod piercing and disengaging system reduces operation intensity.
