Applied Research of Expert-Fuzzy PID in Wireless Temperature Control System

The process of uniform velocity-constant temperature control is a complicated process and has the characteristics such as some uncertainty of structure and parameters, pure delay and nonlinear coupling. It is hard to obtain the exact mathematic model. Considering these characteristics, an expert-fuzzy PID controller is designed. This controller has a fast stable state feature and effectively large lag solving of the expert controller and a high accuracy, stability, good robustness of fuzzy PID controller. The experimental result shows that the system with expert-fuzzy PID controller has high accuracy, good dynamic performance and robustness.
