A New Additive of Coarsening Liquid For Copper Surface of PCB

The additive of coarsening liquid for foreign copper surface with good application performance in working process of printed circuit board(PCB) was analyzed by IR,NMR combining with separation technology,then a new additive formula of coarsening liquid for copper surface was confirmed according to the analytical results and applied experiment.While the stability of the new additive of coarsening liquid for copper surface on hydrogen peroxide was determined by chemical analysis.The application performance of additive reached the level of foreign products.
