Design of DMC Controller in Embedded Intelligent Instrument

The DMC controller is designed based on the embedded intelligent instrument,considering the big price of the industrial personal computer and PID controller's bad performance on the A3000 liquid level system.The dynamic matrix control algorithm is based on the unit step response sequence.It is widely used in industrial processes because of its multitudinous virtues.DMC algorithm is realized in the ARM9 processor hardware platform named S3C2410A with AD/DA and network interfaces,based on ARMLinux OS. In LAN,the controller parameters can be configured by the web server and PC client.It is applied on the the A3000 liquid level system, compared with the classic PID controller,the satisfactory control performance is obtained.
