"Scale" Translated Not Appropriately in China

In the academic fields of China,the moving distance,moving range,moving scale and moving length of the atmospheric mass are all translated into the moving standard of the atmospheric mass often by the some specialists,which are not appropriate that could be proved accordingly to the explanation of both the Chinese and English dictionaries.
