A medicated patch composition comprising a drug, an organic solvent, a lipophilic plaster base and a powder.

2013
An object of the present invention is to provide a non-aqueous patch composition having good adhesive force and capable of sustained release. The patch of the present invention was able to improve the adhesive force of the patch and improve the release of the drug by adding powder components (such as a filler). As a result, by maintaining the adhesive strength of the patch for a long time, it was possible to improve the percutaneous absorbability and to provide sustained release. By using the patch composition containing this powder component, regardless of the drug, the drug is dissolved in an organic solvent or an ionic liquid, and the non-aqueous patch of the present invention is used as a main drug solution together with the organic solvent. By incorporating it into a preparation, it has become possible to make a preparation with improved transdermal absorbability and sustained release.
