The invention relates to a submit outlet moving machine which comprises two tracks in parallel and moving rotation devices on the tracks, wherein each moving rotation device comprises a transverse moving component and a rotation component; the transverse moving component comprises a transverse moving frame, a transverse moving motor and an anti-collision component; the transverse moving frame is arranged on the track; the transverse moving motor is fixed on the transverse moving frame; the transverse moving motor drives the transverse moving frame to slide along the tracks; the rotation component comprises a circular rotating platform frame, a rotating platform, a rotating center and a rotating platform motor; the rotating platform frame is fixed on the transverse moving frame; the rotating center is fixed in the middle of the transverse moving frame; the rotatingplatform is arranged on the rotating platform frame; the rotating platform can rotate around a rotating center; the rotating platform motor drives the rotating platform to rotate along the rotating platform frame. As the submit outlet moving machine combines the transverse moving components and the rotating components, transverse moving and rotation of a workpiece can be achievedsimultaneously, the transferring of the workpiece is greatly facilitated, and the production efficiency is improved.
