Study on Land Reclamation System Construction

Land reclamation is an important method to relieve the contradiction between people and land.However,there still has not formed a complete and applicable system to direct the land reclamation work over 20 years yet.Based on the analysis of research status of domestic and foreign land reclamation management and technology,jointly adapted both documentation and comprehensive analysis methods and referred to certain specific land reclamation project examples.This paper initially formed a land reclamation system,including land reclamation theoretical system,land reclamation management systems,land reclamation technology system and land reclamation regulatory system.This system will be a scientific,systematic and comprehensive reference for later research and establishment of other land reclamation work criterion.
