Das Verhältnis von „policy advice“ und „political consulting“ in politischen Beratungsprozessen in der Wahrnehmung von Parlamentsabgeordneten in Deutschland und in Polen

The paper is a comparative analyse of qualitative researches on Polish and German parliamentarians. Authors analyse different aspects of consulting in the consciousness of Polish and German MP’s. They are defining different types of consulting, state of professionalization of consulting services, subjective scope and sources of consulting. They are analysing also respondent’s needs of consultancy services and level of using consultancy in political activity. Authors also are trying to present proportions between policy advice and political consulting in Poland and Germany.
