Method and device for repairing ecology of riverway by using rubber dam and ecological floating island

The invention belongs to the field of ecological management of water quality of riverways and in particular relates to a method and a device for repairing ecology of a riverway by using rubber dams and an ecological floating island. The method comprises the steps of controlling the water level between an upper limit value and a lower limit value and controlling the water quality above the set state water quality standard. The device at least comprises an upstream rubber dam, a downstream rubber dam, a gas pipeline, a gas transmission station, an online water level monitoring device, an online water quality monitoring device, the ecological floating island and a rotating device. The technical scheme has the beneficial effects that the gas transmission station is controlled by the online water level monitoring device to inflate or deflate the rubber dams to automatically control the water level of the riverway between the upstream rubber dam and the downstream rubber dam, so that growth of plants planted on the ecological floating island is facilitated; the rotating device is controlled by means of the online water quality monitoring device, so that when the water quality is relatively good, the ecological floating island does not rotate, and the blockage of water body is reduced; when the water quality is relatively poor, the ecological floating island rotates, so that the contact area of plants and water is increased, and the dissolved oxygen in the water is increased.
