Dynamics of interchange of regular and chaotic regimes in a giant-pulse YAG:Nd3+ laser

The dynamics of the interchange of regular and chaotic regimes of giant pulse emission from a YAG:Nd3+ laser was investigated numerically and experimentally by varying the frequency and duration of the Q-switching pulses.
