The invention belongs to the technical field of jewelry identification, and provides a natural jewelry identification method and system based on a microscopic three-dimensional imaging technology. The shipper scans the whole appearance of all jewelries through a three-dimensional microscopic scanning technology and then records the appearance characteristics of the jewelries. Then a three-dimensional imaging technology is used to generate the three-dimensional images of the jewelries, and finally the three-dimensional image information of the jewelries is compressed into a unique digest code through digest algorithm. The three-dimensional image and digest code can be disclosed as the ostensible archive information. If the receiver is a dealer, the dealer can use the same method to generate a digest code of jewelry to be identified, and the digest code can be compared with the disclosed digest code. If the receiver is a consumer, after the consumer receives the natural jewelry, he can amplify the jewelry and compare the jewelry with the three-dimensional image, and if the jewelry is identical with the three-dimensional image, the natural jewelry is real. The provided method can be applied to the E-commerce field and is used to identify the natural jewelries.
