서울9호선 철도경영 및 운영전략에 관한 연구

Since 1974, Korean subway history around Seoul is started by opening Seoul subway line number 1 and railroad system has been dilapidated pretty huge and upgraded. And also, by using a strong point of city railroad, combined subway company is operating about 20 subway lines using various city railroad systems including heavy subway, light subway, and magnetic aviation subway. Among the many subway lines, subway line number 9 is connecting capital locations in Seoul through Han-river; it is operated by private resources and affords about 5 hundred thousand people per day. However, because of exceeding number of people than its capacity, there are many discussions to solve that problem. Therefore, this study is trying to compare and analyze operating strategies by analyzing characteristics, results, and current circumstances, and also conducting a research about distinguished customer service program, safety, and etc.
