Siloran bazlı bir kompozitin mıkrosızıntı, yüzey sertliği ve düzgünlüğü üzerinde farklı ışık cihazlarının etkileri

Bu calismanin amaci, siloran bazli kompozitin farkli tip isik cihazlariyla polimerize edildikten sonra mikrosizinti, yuzey sertligi ve yuzey duzgunlugu acisindan en iyi sonuclarin elde edilecegi isik cihazinin saptanmasidir. Mikrosizinti testleri icin 60 adet curuksuz insan premolar disi kullanildi. Bu 60 dise kutu kavite acildi ve disler filtek siloran kompozitle restore edildi. Orneklerin 30?u halojen isik cihaziyla, 30?u da LED isik cihaziyla polimerize edildi. Ardindan boya penetrasyon teknigiyle sizinti testi uygulandi. Gruplardan elde edilen skorlarin karsilastirmasinda ?2 (ki-kare) testi kullanildi. Istatistiksel analiz sonuclarina gore gruplar arasinda anlamli bir fark bulunamadi (p>0.05). Yuzey sertligi testleri icin 60 adet 5mm capinda, 2mm derinliginde Filtek Siloran kompozit ornek hazirlandi. Bu orneklerden 30?u halojen isik cihaziyla, 30?u LED isik cihaziyla polimerize edildikten sonra 3?er alt gruba ayrildi. 1. Grup seffaf matrix bandi karsisinda bitirilirken, 2. Gruplar po-go bitirme ve cila sistemi karsisinda, 3. Gruplar da sof-lex bitirme ve cila diskleri karsisinda bitirildi. Orneklerin tumunun yuzeyinden 3 ayri noktadan Vicker?s sertlik olcum cihazi ile olcum yapildi. Tek yonlu ANOVA testi kullanilarak yapilan istatistiksel degerlendirmeler sonucunda alt gruplar arasinda anlamli bir fark bulunamadi (p 0.05). Yuzey puruzlulugu testleri icin 60 adet 5mm capinda, 2mm derinliginde Filtek Siloran kompozit ornek hazirlandi. Bu orneklerden 30?u halojen isik cihaziyla, 30?u LED isik cihaziyla polimerize edildikten sonra 3?er alt gruba ayrildi. 1. Grup seffaf matrix bandi karsisinda bitirilirken, 2. Tek yonlu ANOVA testi kullanilarak yapilan istatistiksel degerlendirmeler sonucunda, kontrol grubu (grup A), deney gruplarindan (grup B ve C) istatistiksel olarak anlamli farkliliga sahip bulundu. Iki farkli isik cihazinin karsilastirilmasinda Unpaired t-testi kullanildi. Istatistiksel olarak anlamli bir fark bulunamadi.AbstractAim of this study was to determine the light curing unit which would give us the best results about mikroleakage, surface hardness and surface roughness after curing siloran basen composite with different curing units. 60 non-carious human premolar teeth used for microleakage tests. Box cavities were prepared on 60 teeth and teeth were restored with Filtek siloran composite resin. 30 of the samples were polimerized with halojen curing unit and the other 30 were polimerized with LED units. After that, leakage test was achieved by dye penetration tecnique. ?2 was used for comparing the scores that achieved from groups. There was no significant difference between groups according to statistical analysises (p>0.05). 5 mm diameter, 2mm depth, 60 filtek silorane composite samples were prepared for surface hardness tests. 30 of these samples were polimerized by halojen curing units and the other 30 samples were polimerised by LED curing unit. Samples were diveded 3 sub-groups. First group was finished by mylar matrix, 2. Group was finished by po-go finishing system, 3. Group was finished by sof-lex finishing and polishing system. At three different points of the samples surfaces were evaluated by vicker?s hardness device. There was no signifacant difference between sub-groups after statictical considerations using one way anova test (p>0.05). unpaired t-test was used for comparing two different curing units and there was no no signifacant difference (p>0.05). 5 mm diameter, 2mm depth, 60 filtek silorane composite samples were prepared for surface roughness tests. 30 of these samples were polimerized by halojen curing units and the other 30 samples were polimerised by LED curing unit. Mean surface roughness parameters (Ra) of samples were evaluated by using profilometer. after statistical considerations using one way anova test, control groups (group A) were statistically different than test groups (group B and C). Unpaired t-test was used for comparing two different curing units and there was no no signifacant difference.
