Разработка системы оперативного экологического мониторинга Красноярского края

The article outlines a background for development in the Krasnoyarsk region of the integrated formalized system of ecological operational monitoring. The basic concept is represented and the main objectives of the monitoring system on the ground of the remote sensing and GIS data are specified herein. The functional scheme and scheme of informational relations are described.
