The control method includes the following steps that viscometer information is collected; whether the viscosity is larger than a set value or not is judged; if the viscosity is larger than the set value, whether the rotation speed of the agitator is at high speed or not is judged; if the rotation speed of the agitator is not at high speed, the water feeding electromagnetic valve is controlled to be opened; if the rotation speed of the agitator is at high speed, the water feeding electromagnetic valve is controlled to be closed. According to the glue mixing control device in the capsule production system and the control method of the glue mixing control device, automatic control is achieved, the viscosity of glue is stable, the thickness of the wall of a formed capsule is even, the quantity of waste products is reduced, and the output is improved.
