Develoment of Nano-Power Modified Enamel for the Variable Frequency Technology

In this paper,the authors investigated the method to improve the variable frequency resistance of enamel by a composite nano-powder.The variable frequency ageing was used to determine the variable frequency resistance of enamle wire coated with the variable frequency resistant enamel.The result showed that compared with the traditional enamel wire,the variable frequency resistant enamel wire had above 7 times service life in the variable frequency motors and that the nano-powder dispersion process had a major impact on the performance of the enamel.The author also made an initial investigation on the mechanism of the nano-powder in the improvement in the variable frequency resistance of enamel.
