Poinsettia Lines Selection and Technology for All Year Round Production in Energy Saving Greenhouse

12 new poinsettia varieties were introduced in energy saving greenhouse.We observed the characteristics in growing,market and adaptability of these Poinsettia.5 good lines fitting to local areas were selected.The experiment about all year round production was studied.The result indicated that the lowest light compensation point of the Red velveteen's bract was 400 lx,the highest light component point of Red velvet's bract was 41 000 lx;the optimum culture matrix was white peat:perlite=3:1 in growing period;nitrogen: phosphor: potassium=20:10:20 was used from vegetative growth period to short day treatment a week ago,nitrogen: phosphor: potassium=15:20:25 was used short day treatment a week ago;the simple-easy fan,water curtain and monolayer sunshade net were used in summer,which could lower the temperature of environment in energy saving greenhouse about 4 ℃.
