Dual mixed yttrium aluminium garnet transparent ceramic material and it preparation process

A transparent dual-doped YAG ceramic for laser device is prepared through proportionally mixing powdered raw materials, cold iso-static pressing for shaping, vacuum sintering and annealing. It features that the ratio of doped Cr ions is 0.02-0.5 at% and the ratio of doped Nd ions is 0.5-4.0 at% for Cr1Nd: YAG system, or the ratio of doped Cr ions is 0.01-0.5 at% and the ratio of doped Yb ions is 5-30 at% for Cr,Yb:YAG system.
