Shoshin béri-béri: une observation avec étude échocardiographique et hémodynamique

The authors report one typical case of Shoshin beri-beri, an acute form of cardiac beri-beri, with hyponatremia, severe lactic acidosis related to thiamine deficiency and uncommon left ventricular systolic dysfunction reversible under B1 vitamin with echocardiographic and hemodynamic data.
