STUDY ON THE TRANSPORTATION NETWORK ACCESSIBILITY MEASURESBASED ON GIS

The evaluations of transportation network were many,which accessibility was considered to be a comprehensive and effective way,and it had been more and more applied to urban planning,transport planning,spatial structure and regional economic development and many other fields.According to the example,summarized the main accessibility measures: Distance,Cumulative Opportunity,Potential model,Utility,Space-time measures,and compared them.GIS as a new technology provided a more convenient,accurate and effective tool for the evaluation of accessibility.Combined the advantages of GIS,explored the general application framework of GIS in the accessibility evaluation.
