Composite decorative paper for artificial board and preparation method thereof

The invention belongs to the field of papermaking, and concretely relates to composite decorative paper for an artificial board and a preparation method thereof. The composite decorative paper is prepared from a surface layer and a bottom layer according to the mass ratio of 3.5-6:4-6.5. The surface layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 40- 53% of wood pulp (a mixture of long-fiber wood pulp and short-fiber wood pulp), 44- 55% of a filling material (titanium dioxide), and 2- 10% of an auxiliary agent. The bottom layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 62- 77% of wood pulp (a mixture of long-fiber wood pulp and short-fiber wood pulp), 17- 31.5% of a filling material (titanium dioxide and kaolin), and 2- 7% of an auxiliary agent. The auxiliary agents in the surface layer and the bottom layer are a mixture of an anti-foaming agent, aluminium sulfate, polyacrlamide and a wet strength agent. The utilization rate of titanium dioxide is improved, so that the covering rate of paper is improved, and the cost is reduced. The invention also provides the preparation method of the composite decorative paper, and the technology is reasonable.
