Alfred Mafuleka and Solani Khosa Health Systems Trust Voices of Parliamentarians Introduction Central to the new democratic South Africa are policy makers who have responsibility for facilitating a legislative environment conducive to bring about the needed change within our health system. Interviews were carried out with twelve legislators from both provincial and national parliaments.
