High-temperature distributed sensor based on Raman and multimode standard telecom fiber

A high temperature distributed sensor based on a Raman Optical-Time-Domain-Reflectometry (ROTDR) and a multimode silica fiber is experimentally checked in this paper. Distributed temperature measurements up to 450oC have been successfully carried out.
