Хромосомные аномалии в кроветворных и стромальных клетках-предшественницах при миелодиспластическом синдроме

The prognostic value of the most significant cytogenetic abnormalities in the myelodysplastic syndrome is discussed. Modern concepts of the disease pathogenesis, characteristics of stem hemopoietic cells and their interactions with the bone marrow niche stromal microenvironment cells are analyzed. Recent data on the cytogenetic abnormalities in hemopoietic and stromal precursor cells are presented.
