Ganglioneuroblastoma of the anterior mediastinum report of a case.

Neurogenic tumor is the most common tumor enoccuntered in the mediastinum during infancy and childhood.Most of these tumors located postoriorly and only rarely seen in the anterior mediastinum espceially for thr tumor of sympathetic nervous system in origin. A case of an anterior mediastinal ganglioneuroblastoma in a 7 year old boy is reported with a brlet discussion concerning the diagnostic possibility of mediastinal mass in this age group.
