The utility model relates to a highly-effective sewage heat exchanger. A spiral metal flow deflector is wound at the straight pipe part of a coiled pipe, sleeve pipes with stoppers at both ends are sheathed at the outer side of the metal flow deflector, and a medium communicating pipe is arranged between every two sleeve pipes. The highly-effective sewage heat exchanger has the advantages of compact structure, reasonable design and easy installation; when the heat exchanger is adopted for sewage heat exchange, since the medium flows in the sleeve pipes, the sewage flows in the coiled pipe, andthe medium and the sewage flow oppositely to form convective flow; and the heat exchanger has effective heat exchange effect, small volume and small occupied area, is particularly suitable for low-temperature sewage heat exchange, has high heat exchange efficiency, saves power consumption during heat exchange, saves a great amount of energy and has low comprehensive cost.
