The invention provides a centralized control method of an environmental simulation test device, which comprises a main control board inside the environmental simulation test device, wherein the main control board comprises a main controller, a data register, a remote monitoring communication module, a PID (Proportion Integration Differentiation) control module, a DO (Defense Order) action module, a DI (Data Input) detection module, an operation control module, a serial port communication module, a curve displaying and recording module, an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) display and a touch screen; and the main controller adopting an ARM (Acorn RISC Machines) microprocessor is powerful. The method provided by the invention has good portability based on a Windows CE platform and is flexible in extension. Multi-threading running with isolating the data from a UI (User Interface) in the control process is high in efficiency and facilitates maintaining and adding new functions in the future. The method provided by the invention is characterized in that the hardware comprises three interfaces of RS-232, RS-485 and the network, and the software also comprises relative communication modules, so that a host computer regardless of a desktop computer or a notebook computer can conveniently realize remote control by one matched interface and the controller.
