Analysis of cardiovascular traditional Chinese medicine injection application in our hospital from 2008 to 2010

Objective To analyze and evaluate the use condition of cardiovascular traditional Chinese medicine injection(CTCMI) in our hospital,in order to provide references for clinical rational drug use.Methods The application of CTCMI in our hospital from 2008 to 2010 were analyzed statistically in respects of consumption sum,DDDs and DDC.Results The consumption sum of CTCMI increased year by year with annual incremental rates of 13.29% and 19.56%,and occupied 6.37%,5.79% and 6.04% among the total consumption sum of drug use from 2008 to 2010 respectively.The DDDs of Pei Siting Powder Injection steadily ranked the first place in the three years.Conclusion Syndrome differentiation treatment should be emphasized in the application of CTCMI in clinic,in order to enhance the curative effect,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
