Development of MMIC direct detection receivers

A MMIC direct detection receiver in principle-model version with a central frequency of 25 GHz and a 4 GHz bandwidth was developed on the background of passive millimeter imaging systems.The operation principle of the receiver was describesd.Each part of the receiver was designed,manufactured,and measured individually and then the complete receiver was tested.
