The invention discloses a polybenzimidazole/polyvinylbenzyl chloride cross-linked high temperature proton exchange membrane with high oxidation resistance, and a production method thereof. The cross-linked membrane adopts polybenzimidazole as a polymer skeleton, a cross-linked netted structure is formed in the membrane through a polymerization reaction by using the polyvinylbenzyl chloride as a cross-linking agent, and spraying of two sides of the membrane is carried out to produce anti-oxidation layers with strong free radical quenching ability in order to produce the high temperature proton exchange membrane with high oxidation resistance and high conductivity. The cross-linked high temperature proton exchange membrane has good proton conduction ability and excellent dimension stability without moistening, also has high oxidation resistance, can effectively solve the problem of polymer skeleton life shortening caused by attack of free radicals, and can be applied as a proton exchange membrane to high temperature proton exchange membrane fuel cells, direct alcohol fuel cells, electrochemical sensors or other electrochemical devices.
