The invention discloses a multiplying power type lithium ion power battery electrolyte. The electrolyte comprises lithium hexafluorophosphate LiPF6, lithium bisoxalatoborate LiBOB and a mixed solvent, wherein the mixed solvent comprises ethylene carbonate (EC), ethyl methyl carbonate (EMC), diethyl carbonate (DEC) and fluoroethylene carbonate (FEC). According to the electrolyte, the multiplying power property of the electrolyte is remarkably improved in a mode of improving the ionic conduction capacity, namely electric conductivity of the electrolyte. The electrolyte has the advantages of being higher in electric conductivity capable of reaching 10.5-11.8ms/cm in a 25-DEG environment, and is higher in 1C discharge specific capacity which reaches 130-150mAh/g per gram. A 5Ah flexible package lithium ion battery produced by adopting the electrolyte provided by the invention has the 1C discharge capacity which reaches 6097mAh. The 12C discharge capacity of the electrolyte of the lithium ion battery is 5975mAh which is 98.01 percent of the 1C discharge capacity.
