Improvements in the Technological Process for Formingthe Motorcycle Gasoline Tank Components

The technological processes for forming the gasoline tank components of 125T_2 motorcycle were analyzed. The difficulties in stamping each component of the gasoline tank were stated. Improvements in the processes were made according to the defects occurred in the trial production, and reasonable technological processes were worked out and effective improving measures were adopted.
