Numerically controlled water drill grinding machine

2009
The invention discloses a numerically controlled water drill grinding machine which comprises a stand component, wherein two workbench assemblies are oppositely arranged on the stand component; the upper end surface of each workbench assembly is provided with a rotating disk; each rotating disk is driven by a central main shaft assembly arranged in each workbench assembly; at least four grinding head mechanisms which are linked with each rotating disk and are used for grabbing billets are radially distributed along the rotating direction of each rotating disk; a polishing mechanism for processing the billets is arranged on each workbench assembly corresponding to each grinding head mechanism; a charging mechanism, a discharging mechanism, a gluing mechanism and a switching mechanism are arranged on the stand between the two workbench assemblies; the grinding head mechanisms on the two workbench assemblies realize the purpose of processing the billets in all surfaces by being butted on the switching mechanism; and the grinding head mechanisms, the polishing mechanisms, the charging mechanism, the discharging mechanism, the gluing mechanism and the switching mechanism are controlled by an electrical control mechanism arranged at the top of the central main shaft assembly. The invention improves the single processing efficiency and has good processing consistency and high efficiency.
