Novel hydrogel dressing for treating burn wound and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a novel hydrogel dressing for treating a burn wound. The hydrogel dressing is prepared by the following components of cellulose derivatives, glycerinum, polyethylene glycol, propylene glycol, preservative and deionized water. The invention further provides a preparation method and application of the hydrogel dressing. The novel hydrogel dressing and the preparation method thereof have the advantages that the cellulose derivatives in the hydrogel dressing are gel matrixes, therefore, the viscosity of the dressing can be within an appropriate range, the dressing can stay on the surface of the wound, and a secondary dressing can be easily fixed and bound; through the glyderinum, the polyethylene glycol and the propylene glycol, the humidity of hydrogel can be guaranteed, and the liquefaction of necrotic tissue can be facilitated; through the preservative, the hydrogel can have a certain rot resistance and not be prone to going bad and being polluted; meanwhile, the hydrogel dressing is clear and transparent so that the healing state of the wound surface can be observed easily. The hydrogel dressing is made of the amorphous hydrogel, the necrotic tissue slowly hydrates to facilitate the autolyzed debridement of the necrotic tissue itself, slough on the wound surface is relaxed, exudates on the wound surface are absorbed, and a wound healing environment with a wet part is supplied for a body.
