Method for loading open wagon with bulk grains

The invention provides a method for loading an open wagon with bulk grains. The method comprises the following steps of packaging of linings of the open wagon; preparation before operation; loading of the bulk grains in a filling mode; binding up of the packaging linings for reinforcement; covering and reinforcement of a carriage of the open wagon filled with bulk grains. The method has the advantages that by means of the method, loading capacity of the existing devices in a company can be developed, and 80 carriages can be loaded per day. In the prior art, only can 44 carriages be loaded per day due to low ratio of supply to demand. By means of the method, loading of the freight wagon is increased to 2160 tons, transportation volume of bulk grains is increased by 80 percent, and 64 000 tons of bulk grains are transported every month in average. Under the conditions with sufficient supply of bulk grains, one or more ships with 60 000 tons of bulk grains can be unloaded excessively every month, and a great amount of income is created for the company according to the current service charge.
