Study on Laser Marking System Design for 3D Dynamic Focusing Technique

A small-spot,large-scale and high-speed laser marking machine is designed with independent intellectual property rights,by using three-dimensional dynamic focusing technique,i.e.by calculating the different planes and different plane,X,Y direction of the laser optical path changes,by use of computer controlled servo motor to drive the beam expander lens to adjust the distance between the lens and the aggregation to achieve focus compensation,to attain three-dimensional dynamic focusing correction effect.The project will focus on laser marking machine's system structure,and on laser marking system design for 3D dynamic focusing technique.
