Видеомониторинг транспортных потоков

The questions of organization of monitoring of road movement are considered. The comparative characteristic of detectors of transport is given, the features of supervision and control of transport flows with the help of the video detector of transport are described, the structure of a post of video monitoring is offered. The algorithms of digital processing of the video images used for an estimation of parameters of vehicles and flows on highways are given. The realizability and serviceability of algorithms proves to be true by experimental results.
