Thus, the budgetary allocation helps directly with the necessary resources for the fulfillment of the Annual Operational Plan and consequently the fulfillment of the Implementation of the Public Policy of Citizen Security in Territory. Likewise, but in the event that the allocated resources do not fully cover institutional needs, the entity must be able to identify different possible scenarios to be able to react to these contingencies.
