Анализ факторов риска развития врожденных септальных пороков сердца

Analysis of risk factors which factor into congenital septal heart defect progression is made in the article. We examined 102 children with congenital septal heart defect admitted to the cardiological (children´s) cardiac surgery department No. 1 of the Republican cardiologic dispensary in Ufa. Prognosis of risk factors of this pathology emergence in children was made with the use of the Wald method. We ascertained major risk factors: presence of infections of TORCH-complex in mother’s anamnesis, therapeutic abortion, 4 and more pregnancies, exacerbation of chronic diseases during pregnancy, as well as mother’s smoking and when a child is born in single-parent family. On the ground of the obtained data we developed a table for prognosing birth of a child with congenital septal heart defect, which will help in pediatricians’, cardiologists’, obstetrician-gynecologists’ work.
