A Model for the Enhancement of the Gain Saturation Power of the Forward Pumped Fiber Raman Amplifier with the Phase Modulation

A model of enhancing the gain saturation power of the forward pumped fiber Raman Amplifier (FFRA) with the phase modulation is presented, which shows agreements with the experimental results, providing an effective reference in practice.
