Quantitative proteomics' Application in disease of systemic lupus erythematosus

Quantitative proteomics is aimed to identify all the proteins in a complex mixed system, and to quantify the changes of the proteins In recent years, based on mass spectrometry ,made remarkable achievement was in analysis of proteins or sub-group proteins. These technologies play important roles in search for specific disease markers and for disease prevention, diagnosis and treatment. In this paper, we reviewed the current development and the application in systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) of the quantitative proteomics.
