Study on antimicrobial activity of auricularia protein

2012
Searching for biological active substances is one of the important ways to develop new type of bactericide at present. Our country is an ideal place to search botanical germicide in that our country is rich in plant resources. This thesis studies the protein antimicrobial activity of auricularia by using alternaria sp, alternaria alternata, fusarium, aspergillus, rhizopus and penicillium as the test strains for a systematic study of its antimicrobial activity. The study result of in vitro antibacterial activity shows that the antimicrobial activity of auricularia against fungi is significantly observed in the colonies of alternaria sp and alternaria alternata with the minimum inhibitory concentration of 120 and 480 respectively. We find in the biological activity test of auricularia protein that the antimicrobial activity of auricularia protein is relevant to temperature, heating time, different pH treatment and metal ions.
