Method for scraping arch of ballastless track

2012
The invention claims the protection for a method for scraping an arch of a ballastless track. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) removing concrete between a road shoulder closed layer and a line of an arch section, and further cutting off 10-20cm of graded broken stone below a road bed; 2) pre-loosening the graded broken stone at the top of a surface layer of a bedding: adopting a horizontal drilling machine to perform horizontal cross drilling, and loosening the graded broken stone within the depth range of 10-20cm below the surface of the surface layer of the bedding; 3) removing the graded broken stone below a supporting layer: removing the graded broken stone which is about 10-20cm thick and has the same width with a scraping plate below the supporting layer through a continuous drilling measure of the horizontal drilling machine to form a working face of a scraping plate machine; and 4) placing the scraping plate machine and a scraping plate conveyor belt: scraping the graded broken stone below the supporting layer through the side surface of the scraping plate conveyor belt, forwards propelling a scraping plate conveyor, gradually scraping the graded broken stone, timely filling stow-wood and finally completing the scraping of a broken stone layer in the arch section.
